Cambios y devoluciones | Exchanges and returns

[esp] Todas las joyas de Usnea son fabricadas a mano por Montserrat Fonseca Llach, de manera única en plata, utilizando como matriz fragmentos de líquenes (Usnea barbatas) recolectados en la Patagonia Chilena. Es por esto, que cada pieza realizada es irrepetible y las imágenes de producto son referenciales, sin embargo su (re)producción considera características generales (similitud en forma, materialidad, dimensiones, tonalidades, entre otros). De esta manera, es importante tener en cuenta que siempre existirán diferencias entre ejemplares de un mismo modelo. Usnea no ofrece garantía de satisfacción.

[eng] All Usnea jewellery is handmade by Montserrat Fonseca Llach, in a unique way in silver, using fragments of lichen (Usnea barbatas) as a mould, collected in the Chilean Patagonia. This is why each piece made is unrepeatable and the product images are referential, however its (re)production considers general characteristics (similarity in shape, materiality, dimensions, tonalities, among others). Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that there will always be differences between copies of the same model. Usnea does not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

 

~ Cambios | Exchanges

• Solo se realizarán cambios de items sin uso, que cuenten con todas sus partes en perfecto estado, además de packaging original. El cambio debe ser notificado hasta máximo 14 días después de la compra.
• Los cambios serán solo por artículos que se encuentren en stock de igual o mayor valor, cubriendo l@s clientes la diferencia si es necesario.
• Por motivos de higiene, los aros no cuentan con devolución ni cambio.
• No se podrá realizar cambio de piezas personalizadas.
• L@s clientes serán responsables de los costos de envío y manipulación del ítem a cambiar.
• Ante fallas o defectos de fabricación (uniones o soldaduras), se reparará sin costo adicional hasta 3 meses posteriores a la fecha de compra, a través formulario de contacto o escribir directamente a usneajoyas@gmail.com , describiendo el caso, adjunto imágenes y comprobante de compra.
• No se consideran fallas, ni defectos: quiebres, abolladuras, deformaciones, intervenciones, rayas, ni desgastes propios de la joyas producto del mal uso y/o cuidado (Ver Cuidado de joyas).
• Errores de tallas son responsabilidad de l@s clientes.

• Exchanges will only be made for unused items, which have all parts in perfect condition, as well as original packaging. The exchange must be notified up to 14 days after the purchase.
• Exchanges will only be for items that are in stock of equal or greater value, with customers covering the difference if necessary.
• Personalized pieces cannot be exchanged.
• Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the item to be exchanged.
• In case of faults or manufacturing defects (joints or welds), will be repaired at no additional cost up to 3 months after the date of purchase, through contact form or write directly to usneajoyas@gmail.com describing the case, attached images and proof of purchase.

• The following are not considered faults or defects: cracks, dents, deformations, interventions, scratches, or wear and tear of the jewellery due to misuse and / or care (See Jewellery Care).
• Errors in the size of the jewellery are the responsibility of the customer.

 

~ Devoluciones | Returns

[esp] Gran parte de los items de Usnea son hechos a medida, lo que significa que el total de cada compra es invertido materiales específicos, tiempo y herramientas para la realización de esa pieza. De esta manera, no se realizan devoluciones de dinero. Es muy importante que es estés segur@ al realizar un encargo, si tienes dudas, preguntas o necesitas sugerencias, puedes utilizar el formulario de contacto o escribir directamente a usneajoyas@gmail.com .

[eng] Most of Usnea's items are custom made, which means that the total of each purchase is invested in specific materials, time and tools for the realization of that piece. Therefore, there are no refunds.
